BAPS Charities, UK is an international charity organisation committed to serving the world by caring for individuals, families and communities.

With a dedicated corps of volunteers, BAPS Charities is able to reach out to make a lasting, meaningful difference to the lives of many.

Our mission is to serve needy individuals, families and communities in the UK and elsewhere.
Drawing on our diverse resources, broad reach and vast experience, we endeavour to provide both emergency care and long-term solutions in the areas of health, education, the environment, community development, and disaster relief.

Led by our volunteers, BAPS Charities strives to:

• provide health care through the creation of well-staffed hospitals, clinics, dispensaries and awareness
  outreach programmes

• build self-supporting educational institutes and help sustain existing educational programmes to provide     quality, value-based education for children

• protect our natural resources by creating innovative sustainable solutions that promote the responsible
use of the earth’s ecosystems and resources

• empower underprivileged girls and young women with education and skills to raise strong and united
families and in turn, strengthen and stabilise their local communities

• invest in the future of needy children and youths by inspiring learning, self-reliance, family respect, social
  responsibility, and moral integrity

• provide immediate relief support to survivors of natural disasters and remain in service until the affected
  communities are rehabilitated and self-reliant

BAPS Charities was registered as an independent, non-religious charity in the UK after serving for several years under the wing of its parent organisation, BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS), which was founded in 1907.
